Arxan Tourist Resort
Introduction
Arxan Tourist Resort spans 9.51 square kilometers. The resort boasts excellent hot spring resources with significant therapeutic effects. Hot spring wellness has a history of several hundred years in Arxan, making it a traditional location for hot spring health and wellness.
The China Hot Spring Museum within the resort features 48 natural springs, categorized into southern and northern groups, each offering its own benefits. The southern group (springs No. 0-15) mainly consists of cold springs with temperatures below 25°C. These cold springs are suitable for bathing, drinking, gargling, partial immersion, and rinsing. The northern group (springs No. 16-47) includes a mix of cold, warm, hot, and hyperthermal springs with temperatures ranging from 25°C or below to above 42°C, providing options for bathing, drinking, aerosol inhalation therapy, gargling, underwater medical exercises, massage, and mineral water swimming.
At Wuli Spring in the Arxan Tourist Resort, there is natural, high-quality drinking mineral water rich in essential trace elements and macro-elements such as lithium, strontium, and selenium. The water temperature, chemical composition, and quantity are not affected by seasonal changes, and the spring maintains a constant temperature of 3-6°C throughout the year. The historical daily outflow is 1,054 tons. The spring water is cool and refreshing with a sweet aftertaste, praised by mineral water expert Professor Zhang Bofu as the "most extraordinary great spring in the world."
